New Zealand is a remote and beautiful, yet rugged land. This dichotomy shapes its people to be both resilient and resourceful. Our links with the land—our turangawaewae—strengthen the bonds between us, giving rise to a sense of unity and loyalty. Inter-weave is no different in this respect. Our staff hail from as far away as the UK, India and, closer to home, the Pacific Islands. We collaborate with locals to create products we’re all proud of, in an environment of respect and care. Some of our team have been with us for 25 or more years—an indication of our family-oriented culture.
